Central Game Nights are looking for people interested in helping out with the player’s roster as well as recruiting new faces to participate in future Central Game Nights! With tens of events and over a hundred unique participants, we are looking for someone who are dedicated and passionate about CGN and its community and looking to help the event grow in months and years to come.

What to expect

• You will be working with the Central Crew to help with the teammaking process in each event of Central Game Nights, including creating drafts of each event’s roster as well as discussing potential changes to the drafts.
• You will be helping out with the sign-ups of the event as well as potentially finding new players to the event.
• You will be helping out in finding and/or sorting out the substitutions for the event.
• You will be helping out with the team announcements for the event, if applicable.

Upon acceptance, you will be given a “Central Crew” role on both the general server and the Players server, where all the communication will take place. Other platforms such as Notion may be used.

Pre-requisites

• You are an active member of the Central Game Nights community, and have participated in a Central Game Night event before.
• You should have some knowledge and experience in spreadsheet softwares such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• You should have some knowledge and experience in creating forms via Google Forms.
• You should have some knowledge in Discord Server Management (e.g. creating/assigning roles, working with bots, etc.)
• (Optional) You should have some knowledge and experience in any photo-editing or graphic-editing software, e.g. Photoshop, Paint.NET, etc. (preferrably Photoshop)
